Students will be playing "Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader" during the long TAKS week at the end of the month. I made a poster to encourage students to participate. We will see.
In other news, I have been working on my hip lingo. Today is a test day in my class and on test days, for the warm-up question, I always just put an encouraging statement for them to write as their warm-up. Today it was "I am going to do BEAST on this test!" Yea- you know it.
