{She Said} Zach at One Month

Weight: 9 lbs 3 oz (25th – 50th percentile)
Height: 23 in (50th – 75th percentile)
Head Circumference: 13 in (less than 25th percentile)

• Strong neck and trunk. Very good at holding his head up and looking around. We are going to start more tummy time so he can continue to exercise his He-man muscles.
• Starting to look toward noises, especially our voices.
• Fussy time in the evenings but not every day. Too bad for him that he is even stinkin' cute when he is crying.

• Sleeps pretty well at night but resists naps during the day… which leads to more fussiness.
• In an awkward in-between stage with clothes and diapers. Newborns are starting to be a bit snug but the next size up is huge on him.
• Started spitting up more today so I am on my second shirt of the day and third burp cloth. I’m pretty sure I napped with my face in a burp cloth (not a totally fresh one either) today while Zach napped on my chest.
• Thanks to gas, we have gotten to see his smile a few times and it’s amazing.
