{She Said} Thanksgiving 2011

We had a perfectly lovely Thanksgiving. Let’s face it- we have A LOT to be grateful for and the scene was set for us to honor that.

A couple days before, the Bazookas were in for a visit so there was much fun to be had with those crazy kids. On Tuesday, we all took Zach for his first visit with Santa. More on that in a future post.

When it came down to the day, it was just the three of us. We had our own little turkey trot in the morning and then a beautiful turkey dinner in the afternoon. Zach had some naps and had his first taste of Cheerios.

Again, a lot to be grateful for.

 The crock pot turkey came out perfectly...

 ... and so did the canned cranberry sauce.

We popped over to dads that evening for dessert. Zach Man was a big hit.
