Let's go back... Thanksgiving '13

The last few years, we have kept Thanksgiving a little on the quiet side- sort of resting up for the craziness of the Christmas season. This year, we were also preparing for a trip to... DISNEY!

During the week leading up to Thanksgiving, we decorated the house for Christmas. This is typically completed the weekend after but again, we were going out of town so we moved it up.

 Then, on Thanksgiving, we had the typical traditions: watch the parade on TV, family came over, we went Turkey Trotting (not the official one, our own), and then dinner complete with jellied cranberry sauce in the shape of the can.

A right good kick off to the holiday season.
