1 year of Nate

So, Nate will be one-year-old on Saturday. This is a huge milestone in my house because baby days are SO SO hard for me and one whole year marks a great accomplishment to me. I survived. He survived. I will say, it is a little bitter sweet... he's my baby and he is growing up. But oh the places he is going!

Zach got a week of bests on the ole' blog when he turned one. Sorry Nater Gater, but I only have one blog in me this time around... here are some high points of the year!

After a year of waiting, we found out our family would be expanding by one Nate...

And then he came...

There were lots of sleepy moments...

Early on he wanted to hang up-side-down to sleep

...or be swaddled (until 8 months old!)

There were sad moments...

He was ALWAYS HUNGRY...

And got stronger and stronger...

There was the mohawk...

Which only added to his cool factor...

There were LOTS AND LOTS of smiles and cuddles...

He got curiouser and curiouser...

And loved by all...

Too many to show actually...
