{She Said} Raising the Household Intelligence Quotient

Matt has described this occurrence to me but yesterday, for the first time, I got to witness it myself. Sometimes, evidently, Capri jumps up to the back of our couch and seems to be perusing our reading selection. Yesterday she did this and sat there for a couple minutes looking over the different shelves as if she was picking which book she was going to read next. This leads me to believe that Capri has some quiet reading time when Matt and I aren’t home. This also leads me to believe that our dog is smarter than us because those shelves hold the classics and I can say that Matt and I never stand there and peruse those books to decide what to read next… we prefer things like Twilight and Nikki Heat (novel based on the TV show Castle).
