{She Said} 8 Months Down

Pulling up to feet periodically

Chews on EVERYTHING... has taken chunks out of his crib!

Eats 4 times a day- 8 oz bottle twice and solids + a 6 oz bottle twice. Snacks periodically

Working on understanding a sippy cup

Holds his own bottle

Resists naps but eventually crashes. Prefers cat naps.

Starting to compile quite the litany of words: mama, dada, baba, and then other indecipherables.

Waves a lot. Loves waving. Sometimes says "bye bye" with waving.

Crawls on hands and knees now. Gone are the inch bug days.

Really building on his fine motor skills by playing with smaller objects and picking things up with one hand at a time.

Doesn't seem to be drawn to plush toys- prefers the hard cold plastic. Odd for how cuddly he is.

Drums on everything- sometimes just with his hands, sometimes with different objects.

Sweetest little smiley bug- lights up our hearts at every turn.

 

Play hard... rest hard.
