I’ve often thought about whether all parents are as enamored by their children as I am with mine. If they get as much joy from them. If they think as highly of them as I do mine. And you know what, in the end, I don’t think so…

…and really isn’t that all that matters: no parent thinks so. All (well most) think that they love their child so much that no one could possibly love another more.
