Ahh the Joys... Fruit Loops

Had a long debate with a student the other day about why him stringing Fruit Loops onto his hoodie strings didn’t mean that he was now wearing a Fruit Loop necklace. He eventually tied the strings together at the bottom thinking that made it a necklace. I said, “no.” Mind you, at no point was there a discussion about the oddity that was the fact that he had strung Fruit Loops onto his hoodie strings.

Because that is just not that odd of behavior for my 7^th graders. And it’s not crazy behavior either… this student is TOTALLY sane.

Yep. That’s what I spend my day with. It’s exhilarating.
